Established in 2003, the Fieldstone Homeowners Association, Inc. (HOA) in Richmond, Kentucky, is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the Fieldstone property. Located off Four Mile Road, Fieldstone encompasses approximately 130 homes along Sage Drive, Cobble Drive, Rock Way, Sage Court, and Gosling Court. As members of the HOA, Fieldstone homeowners contribute through an Annual Assessment, due each January, which supports the operations, maintenance, and services that keep our neighborhood safe, beautiful, and vibrant.
The HOA is governed by a Board of Directors, a team of elected volunteers responsible for overseeing the Association’s operations, enforcing rules, and making key decisions to ensure the community runs smoothly. Their dedication helps maintain property values, foster community harmony, and create a welcoming and well-managed environment for all residents. Supporting the BOD's efforts is Alpha Association Management, the professional management company that assists with day-to-day operations, including CC&R enforcement, meeting coordination, and member communications.

The Fieldstone Homeowners Association’s Board of Directors (BOD) is a team of elected volunteers dedicated to serving our community. As the HOA’s governing body, the BOD oversees operations, enforces community rules, and makes important decisions to ensure the neighborhood runs smoothly and continues to thrive. Their leadership plays a vital role in maintaining the quality of life, fostering community harmony, and protecting property values for all residents.
