Fieldstone was initially established per the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Fieldstone document, issued to Madison County of Kentucky in 2003. A commonly referenced section of the covenants is Article VI (Use, Restrictions, and Architectural Control).
The Articles of Incorporation of the Fieldstone Homeowners Association, Inc were issued with the Secretary of State in June of 2005.
The By-Laws of the Fieldstone Homeowners Association, Inc. were established in December of 2005.

A majority of changes made to the exterior of your property need to be submitted to the HOA for prior approval. We understand that learning what is or isn't required can be overwhelming and that submitting a request can be frustrating. We are here to help. It's best you start by reading the CC&Rs to learn more about what must be approved by the HOA, but if you have any questions feel free to contact the Board. Below is the approved standardized waste container style for our community. Homeowners should store this container according to HOA rules.

To keep our neighborhood looking consistent, the HOA has approved a standard style of mailbox. At this time the following models are pre-approved. If you would like an alternative to be considered, please contact the Board.

The Association is responsible for the repair of community mailboxes as needed to maintain proper function. The Association will replace damaged or missing mailbox numbers to ensure a uniform appearance. Routine cleaning or cosmetic upkeep of the mailbox structure is the responsibility of the homeowner.
