The HOA Annual Meeting is held on the third Tuesday in October This is an important gathering where homeowners come together to discuss community matters, review the HOA’s accomplishments, and plan for the year ahead. It’s an opportunity to elect board members, share feedback, and address concerns or suggestions. Homeowners are notified of the Annual Meeting and any Special Meetings at least 30 days in advance and no more than 60 days prior, providing ample time to participate.
Board of Directors Regular Meetings occur monthly and do not require formal notification. These meetings are open to all homeowners except during the executive session portion of the meeting. If you wish to attend a BOD meeting, please contact the BOD for meeting details at least 3-days prior to a scheduled meeting date.
